Shopping with us is completely safe -- we use Google Checkout to ensure the highest level of safety and security when it comes to your personal information.

Return Policy

Overview:

• 15 day return policy
• Workbooks are non-returnable unless the entire order is returned
• You are responsible for return shipping costs

Details:

If you are not completely satisfied with a seminar kit you purchased from us, or you feel the kit is not right for your needs, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the kit for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) (see our RMA returns page).

Once you have received this authorization number, mail the kit back to us. Once we have received the kit and verified its contents, we'll refund you the full purchase amount minus shipping. Unless specified by our staff, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please Note: Workbooks purchased separately from kits are non-returnable unless the entire workbook order is being returned.

No refund will be issued if any part of the kit is missing from the returned package. If any parts are damaged or non-resellable, you will not be fully reimbursed -- the cost of the damaged materials will be directly subtracted from your refund. We will contact you immediately if any parts are missing or damaged.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

If you damage or lose any part of your seminar kit, we'll replace it for you so you don't have to purchase an entire kit again. Shipping and Replacement fees do apply. For instance, a replacement for the Have a New Kid by Friday DVD will be $69.95, and we must have proof that you purchased the kit directly from us. We cannot replace items from a kit that was not purchased from us.

If you make a purchase from us, any personal information that you may share with us (that help this site function or assist us in filling your order) is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with anyone.

Google Checkout is one of the safest, most secure transaction portals in the world. In fact, we don't even get specific credit card information when you place your order. Google takes care of the transaction and sends us the order with shipping and contact information.
